\nThat physical power
\nThat even the meek
\nPrevailing to conquer

A great omnipresence
\nAn almighty power
\nThe tilt of the frost
\nSpreading over each hour
\nThe light holds a crispness
\nOn what is hallowed ground

The craft and the magic
\nEnchantments galore
\nThe shadows we hold onto
\nConstant and raw
\nThe glimmer of hot breath

Still alone holding hands

\nA world of such blessedness

Yule is upon us
\nWith a sweep of the hand
\nWinter rolls in
\nWith our log fires now fanned
\nThe ice and the snow and the hail

To see slightly further ahead
\nTo the time
\nwhen the snowdrops
\nEmerge
\nAnd gracefully climb
