Conflict does exist alas
\nBetween car owners and birds
\nParking underneath the trees
\nSome can be lost for words
\nLiving in a forest
\nIn nature so to say
\nAnd complaining about wild life
\nIt\u2019s simply not the way<\/p>\n
You do get zero tolerance
\nFrom the remorseless kind
\nThey say they live the spirit
\nBut in fact most are just blind
\nThey say they like the woods and trees
\nAnd the birds and bee\u2019s they do
\nBut deep down inside their selfishness
\nIt\u2019s simply isn\u2019t true<\/p>\n
Birds diets mostly consist of
\nVegetables and fruits
\nLess sulphides and more nitrogen
\nFrom all the leaves and roots
\nBirds fly so they need to
\nEvacuate a lot
\nAnd owners get all grumpy
\nWhen it really hits the spot<\/p>\n
If fresh and wet it\u2019s easy
\nTo clean it off the car
\nBut if it dries it isnt wise
\nScraping if we are
\nScraping at the paintwork
\nOur precious car can be
\ndamaged by the bird poop
\nThat comes down out of the tree<\/p>\n
We must have understanding
\nAnd always try to share
\nGod made birds made animals
\nAnd they are everywhere
\nPutting up the bird sheets
\nOr the teeth along the boughs
\nIs unfeeling, it\u2019s revealing
\nAnd it disallows<\/p>\n
Wildness to be making
\nAn offering to all
\nThe car leaks oil and fluids
\nAnd pollutes too
\nAnd the call
\nNationally is to reduce
\nThe evils of the car
\nWe have to be more lenient
\nAnd know who we are<\/p>\n
We believe that it accelerates
\nThe rusting of the car
\nWe know we have read it somewhere
\nIn that way birds don\u2019t star
\nHigh in when we park
\nAnd in the dark we fail to see
\nWe actually are parking underneath a tree<\/p>\n
Trees give us our oxygen
\nAnd we need that air
\nWe do not need the WiFi
\nTo breathe we have to share
\nThe environment we live in
\nWith the birds we have to feel
\nIt\u2019s right to wipe the poop away
\nNot To try to conceal<\/p>\n
Traps and wraps and teeth
\nAnd ways
\nTo kill off kingdom come
\nWe must give back share more and see
\nThat not everyone is as numb
\nAs the selfish city dwellers
\nWho won\u2019t even feed the birds
\nAnd given half the chance
\nWell of course are lost for words<\/p>\n
Before you buy your home in the woods<\/p>\n
Think are you a woodsman are you caring<\/p>\n
