He holds his crossbow in the air
\nand poses like some creep
\na soul lies dead in front of him
\nbut does the blighter weep
\nno not on your nellie
\nhe’s a hunting man
\nslopes about the forest
\nof him I’m not a fan<\/p>\n
for what we see is arrogance
\nand ignorance, for he
\nhas both in such abundance
\nhe waits behind some tree
\na coward who seeks the darkness
\nand the cover with his bow
\nand leaps out on an innocent
\nwho didn’t really know<\/p>\n
the callousness of human’s
\nthe evil sick intent
\nto cut them down for pleasure
\nthey feel that they were mean’t
\nto be the vile assassins
\nto be the slaughter men
\nto jump out of the darkness
\nreally if and when<\/p>\n
an innocent is feeding
\nin the place where it was born
\nthey come wrapped in their camouflage
\nhigh fives and then their go’rn
\nthey know not of the forest
\nand where the Deer’s may be
\nits fire their bloody arrows
\nand yet more travesty<\/p>\n
The deer would just be grazing
\nnot hurting a fly
\nobserving and relating
\nto any passers by
\noffering some love in fact
\nand its degree of care
\nfor thats how forest dwellers
\nsurvive, its because they share<\/p>\n
its the hunters they are aliens
\nfrom a planet that is sick
\nthey go around like soldiers
\nbut its on the weak they pick
\ninnocent souls who have no means
\nto fight back but just feel
\nthe agony of having been let down
\nfor that is real<\/p>\n
The little dear had little fear
\nand now lies on the ground
\nthe hunter with his bow aloft
\nin brutality is drowned
\nhe’s a mindless sad creation
\nand its reprehensible to note
\nthat his judgement it was shot away
\nfor all he did was gloat<\/p>\n
Some mother did 9 months for him
\nI wonder if she knows
\nall that pain and suffering
\nit manifests and shows
\nhe has become a murderer
\na nasty rotten sod
\nwho seeks to cut down innocence
\nand then pray to his God<\/p>\n
