Lying in a storm drain
\nSewage all about
\nUnder a ledge close to the road
\nWorthy of a shout
\nA bitch was hit
\nBy a motor bike
\nAnd clearly was in pain
\nClearly a hip problem
\nLife msg felt In vain<\/p>\n
We carried her
\nTo the ambulance
\nAnd examined her to see
\nIf there were any broken bones
\nAnd there were not luckily
\nBut clearly she was very stuff
\nAnd in a lot of pain
\nSo we decided to give her therapy
\nFor weeks we did to gain
\nHer trust and make her feel comfortable
\nMassaging her each day
\nUsing our physio skills in fact
\nTo drive the pain away<\/p>\n
It took time and
\nAttention and she clearly
\nWas able to feel
\nBetter and better
\nAnd after a while
\nCould walk purposefully
\nShe was very sweet and gentle
\nEnjoying the massage she
\nProgressed and was good to go.
\nAnd now watch and you see<\/p>\n
She can really motor
\nHer ears pricked up
\nAnd she
\nLike her biscuits every so often
\nAnd kisses to that be
\nGiven by our angels
\nShe has recovered well
\nIt\u2019s hard to think
\nShe had lost all hope
\nAfter such a spell<\/p>\n
We have speyed her
