\nIs commonplace today
\nThe hunting poaching
\nTrapping creed
\nMany from far away
\nThe EU yes and Britain
\nWith money cobbled they
\nCome to AFRICA buy a package
\nAnd shoot wildlife all day<\/p>\n
The bold giraffe is suffering
\nsafari’s apparently
\nStarting offering cheaper prices
\nFor killing them
\nAnd we
\nSaw younger hunters and women
\nBeing exploited by
\nThe men were coming to kill
\nThe Lions and the Elephants
\nAnd why<\/p>\n
They were into the big time
\nthe wives could also come
\nAnd bag baboons or Ostrich
\nOr Giraffes
\nAnd there were some
\nInterested obviously
\nWith competitive prices they
\nWorked out family packages
\nWhich blew the hunts away<\/p>\n
So now its not just the big Five
\nIts anything that crawls
\nYou can shoot the caged up
\nSouls
\nSuch action it appals
\nAnd now giraffes are
\nSuffering
\nMany being shot
\nBeautiful large animals
\nMurdered on the spot<\/p>\n
Its hopeless to imagine
\nThe inconsolable loss
\nTrophies stuffed
\nAnd exported home
\nThey dont give a toss
\nFor the miracle of Nature
\nFor the audacious way
\nWild animals are sacrificed
