\nand all the world looks terrible
\nfor more and more I see
\nof Australian assurances
\nthat inspections have been made
\nand a few short months after
\nvideo’s go viral and are laid
\nat your door, is a question
\nthose exports that you do
\nend up in vile slaughterhouses
\nwhere they don’t have a clue
\nhow to treat live animals
\nhow to do things right
\nhow to be responsible
\nfor what is their sad plight
\nshipped across the sea
\ndays
\nfrightened out their mind
\nimagine what it must be like
\nsuch sorrow underlined
\nmisery and upset
\nthe words do not come well
\nunloved and treated cruelly
\nand sailing into Hell
\nthey reach the place of slaughter
\na dirty violent place
\nwhere roars and screams
\nand bloodied teams of
\nbullies they then face
\nwho handle them and kick them
\nand pull them by their ears
\nwho punch them and whose
\nviolence of course it gives them fears
\nbeyond what we imagine
\nthey swear and treat them so
\ndrag them when they fall down
\nand beat them when they’re slow
\nput electric prods right up their arse
\nand shock them till they cry
\nand do it, may be, a dozen times
\nbecause they will not die
\nthey won’t lay down and give up
\nthey won’t they want so much
\nto live their life
\ndespite this strife
\nits we who are out of touch

\nand the Government do not care
\nand the farmers all they do
\nis rub their hands, and hope to share
\nthe dollars, thats the root of all of this

\nliving, thinking, breathing, caring, feeling
\nsouls, its clear
\nmost of them are more caring than the
\nslaughter men who do
\ntheir evil in this house of death
\nand without training too
\nblood and snot and internal organs
\nare slopped all around the floor
\nhose pipes to the ready
\nthey wash away the gore
\ninto the drains the unsightly mess
\ngod know where that goes
\nbut these animals are creative souls
\nas anybody knows
\nwho thinks, who stops and thinks a while
\nfacing death and they
\nexpect some help, some thought at least
\nas they pass away
\nbut what they get is frightful
\nugly crude and wrong
\nAnimals Australia where do they belong
\nthe bloody awful government should now get off
\nits arse
\nand go across to Israel
\nand make sure that they pass
\na law that stops these exports
\nand closes down this place
\nfor what the world is seeing is Australia’s other face
\nthe face of its uncaring, for the animals it bred
\nand left to wander into Hell
