How many of us do feel trapped
\nBy life, by disability
\nLooking at the animals
\nYouthful infants
\nWho should be
\nJoyful in their new lives
\nBouncing with such hope
\nInstead there is no comfort

Freedom we deny them that
\nRape and kidnap, we
\nMake that a pre requisite
\nIt\u2019s how we run dairy
\nWatch the little piglets
\nStruggle wanting a
\nForest where they can just root
\nAnd scramble
\nEveryday<\/p>\n
See the calves lost in a vacuum
\nChained up sold for veal
\nOr ready to be ripped apart
\nFor the rennet that is real
\nAll that cheese and junket
\nAnd extra milk dessert
\nWe don\u2019t care a monkeys
\nHow bad it does hurt<\/p>\n
A child may kiss a piglet
\nA calf might run and run
\nGestation crates mean murder
\nWe never feel the sun
\nOn our backs no never
\nAnd it\u2019s all down to you
\ndrinking milk and eating flesh
\nAnd wearing leather YOU<\/p>\n
Probably are sleeping now
\nIn your downy bed
\nFeathers in your pillows
\nYes you have been lead
\nDown the bloody garden path
\nWhilst all of us we cry
