A spitefulness beyond the heart
\nIll-disposed and from the start
\nDisloyal to every wild soul who
\nEver walked the forest through
\nThe unforgiving gloating male
\nBehind his gun his laurels sail
\nHis courage lifts his manhood to
\nA space beyond the clouds where few
\nHuman beings want to be
\nLike his bullets flying free
\nCatching the wild wolf painfully
\nCallous cold-hearted villainy<\/p>\n
ALberta’s wolves match those who see
\nA sparkling eye and fleetingly
\nShow their fangs and howl aloft
\nCommiserating and who oft
\nPhilosophise and do explain
\nThe beautY of the falling rain

\nThe wondrous fellow comes to drink

\nMan so small so traitorously
\nCan rise into their space and be
\nPitiless and beartless too
\nHave no compassion in what they do
\nIts just for kicks to see them die

Strip the victim of their grace
\nPoke the rifle in their face
\nDisembowel them blood and all
\nUnjustifiable their call
\nIniquitous condemned they be
\nTo a lifetime of dishonesty
\nEvery body used to make

The angry, and ANUBIS too
\nMight realise the insulting view
\nEach wolf’s body a cladding for
\nThe hunters home trophies of war
\nSent out across the wilderness
\nThe mercenary undignified

Wicked as the day is long
\nDishonourable and truly wrong
\nA trapping hunting good to go
\nAn egoistic so and so
\nOne of the cloven hoofed brigade
\nWhose memory is quick to fade
\nWhose involvement in the murdering game
\nSo many innocent souls could claim
\nThey were victims every one
\nFrom the lead shot from his gun<\/p>\n
ALberta pays hunters 75 dollars to kill wolves
\nAnd 15 dollars to kill Coyotes<\/p>\n
