\nOf an elephant so strong
\nWith a certainty and reasoning
\nOf where it does belong
\nIt has a share on instinct
\nAnd memory of pain
\nIts misreckoning though to use
\nA bull hook
\nImagining you could gain
\nReally any credence
\nFrom the elephant
\nWho could
\nwith one swipe
\nKnock your block off
\nAnd how would that be good<\/p>\n
for me it just is perilous
\nPerhaps its wavering doubt
\nBreaking trust is futile
\nNaivety may shout
\nFor the elephants
\nIts on record
\nThere isnt a way out
\nLong term trust is broken
\nThats what its about<\/p>\n
For humans its a backwardness
\nAnd inappreciation
\nFor the elephant will take the stick
\nAnd build up its salvation
\nOf snapping at some future time
\nIts to blunder one might say
\nTo be fatuous and tactless
\nAnd pay for it someday<\/p>\n
The day what had accrued was due
\nthe threats came to ahead
\nBut from the elephants sanity
\nIn his right mind was led
\nTo seek redress from earlier threats
\nThe balance seemingly
\nThe line was crossed and it had cost
\nA life it seems to me<\/p>\n
For one so large and powerful
\nTo threaten as some do
\nWill never be a shining light
\nRespected through and through
\nThey will always be on notice
\nNegating any good
\nThreatening abuse of any kind
\nIs false logic and it could<\/p>\n
Lead to a death for
