\nAre the trappers
\nThose that dare
\nTo set out to trap Beavers
\nAs such all unaware
\nThey are completely hopeless
\nAs environmental souls
\nFor Beavers are so special
\nBEAVERS take on roles
\nFar beyond their stature
\nAnd to murder them for fur
\nFor stoles and coats
\nFor miserable hags
\nReally any that were
\nAs ignorant as the trapper
\nI say should be put down
\nMurdering a keystone species
\nThe nation ought to drown<\/p>\n
Visible riparian habitats
\nAre vital to us all
\nThe Beaver is a restorer
\nThey should be on call
\nEcosystem engineers
\nAble to create
\nBetter soil deposition
\nSomething all should rate<\/p>\n
More nutrients in beaver ponds
\nAnd water quality
\nIs cleaner always for their work
\nMore fish and more birds we see
\nFive times more true plankton
\nA richer state therefore
\nA flourishing vegetation
\nAnd also what is more
\nForaging increases willows
\nThe bank life increases too
\nInsects birds and mammals
\nAre all entitled to<\/p>\n
Vote for Mr Beaver
\nHis right to be around
\nGives credence to the habItats
\nWherever they are found
\nAdvantages are commonplace
\nAnd to trap them as some do
\nProves low life is the lowest life
\nEver coming through<\/p>\n
Fashion houses using beaver
\nAnd encouraging beaver TRAPPERS they
\nAre evil as the day is long
\nAnd should be made to pay
\nA high price for these murders
\nFor so many souls desire
\nThe beaver to be living
\nAnd sharing all their fire<\/p>\n
Beaver trappers lack sense
\nAnd lack knowledge too
\nThey are the lowest of the low
\nTheir state of mind feeds through
\nThey are creating chaos
\nFrom Mother Natures hand
\nAnd all because of fur hags
\nWho will never understand<\/p>\n
Stubborn as the days are long
\nHardened sinners they
\nBuy without compunction
\nAnd without remorse they say
\nConsciousless and unashamed
\nAt the terror that ensues
\nFrom specifying beaver
\nWhich is always awful news<\/p>\n
Egotism grabs them
\nThey look after number one
\nAnd all those wonderful animals
\nUnderneath the sun
\nWho are there because of Beavers
\nAnd what they do each day
\nThe selfishness of fur hugs
\nAnd those trappers who they pay<\/p>\n
A pittance for in real terms
\nSo much iniquity
\nFlagrantly reaping terror
\nWith such immorality
\nUnworthiness and dishonesty
\nWrongdoing covetousness
\nAll of them complicit
\nTo the Beavers constant stress<\/p>\n
Cheap raspberry and strawberry flavouring and vanilla too
\nAbusing the anal glands of precious BEAVERS
\nHow sick the food industry really us
\nThe victims along the bank and the river
