Scant respect for animals
\nCreated as were we
\nUncorrupted and undefiled
\nMisunderstood they be
\nInoffensive their purity
\nIs clear for all to see
\nBut abandoned in so many ways
\nBy our delinquency<\/p>\n
Of aiding and abetting
\nThe farmers and the hands
\nThe slaughtermen the butchers
\nWith their grisly plans
\nThese are sinners
\nGood for nothings
\nWho are wicked to the core
\nWho manhandle and just torture
\nThe victims and whatsmore<\/p>\n
For them its just a job ofcourse
\nIn their frustrated state
\nThey take it out on the animals
\nAnd as such they berate
\nRelentlessly despairingly
\nThese perfect caring souls
\nIts an ego trip how they let rip
\nThey are no more than trolls<\/p>\n
Farm animals were abandoned
\nBy creation from the start
\nThen on into torture
\nAnd ofcourse it broke tHeir heart
\nAbused they were and every day
\nNo one really cared
\nThey were raped and beaten
\nAnd sworn at
\nAnd very few are spared<\/p>\n
Even in the slaughterhouse
\nThere is no respect
\nThey are pummelled they are beaten
\nThey are shocked
\nAnd this effect
\nIs dessertion of a spirit
\nIts evil and unkind
\nSuch dispicable behaviour
\nThat turns a lovely mind<\/p>\n
Away from life and living
\nTo existing in a world
\nOf anger and of terror
\nThey all feel they are hurled
\nInto a swamp of darkness
\nUnjustifiably
\nAnd death perhaps is their
\nTrue escape
\nBut why now should it be<\/p>\n
Accepted by the carnivores
\nBought into and absolved
\nThese animals are in purgatory
\nAnd man having not evolved
\nThey suffer fear and wrongness
\nAnd nothing they can see
\nShame disgrace and ugliness
\nAnd criminality
\nIt all goes on and human beings
\nrefuse infact to be
\nEven when there is evidence
\nIts below their dignity.<\/p>\n
Farm animals are abandoned creations allowed to be brutalized
