\nThat bask in the dark
\nIn obtuseness really
\nThey make their mark
\nUnconcerned for the calmness
\nThat they breach
\nThe conscious world
\nThat they infact do reach<\/p>\n
Touched to the quick
\nAnd so aware
\nOf unwanted looks
\nOf the stagnant stare
\nOf the constant
\nDark economy
\nThat pervades
\nOne’s sensibility<\/p>\n
Its a waking nightmare
\nAfterall
\nAnguish and angst
\nThat is there to call
\nOut one’s
\nHonourable bower of bliss
\nOne’s honest freedom
\nThe softest kiss
\nOf emotion draining
\nDarkly away
\nThat steals the joy
\nOut of each day<\/p>\n
It is damnation
\nIt is dismay
\nHeavy-laden
\nWalking away
\nVictimized by the
\nConstant glare
\nCareworn and woeful
\nJust Being there<\/p>\n
The ugly ones
\nEngulfed in ill
\nWho abuse and bait
\nWho beseige and spill
\nTheir festering vileness
\nInto your space
\nWho injure and cause
\nA loss of face
\nWho quietly haunt
\nWho harass and provoke
\nAnd invade our soul
\nAnd basically
\nThink they control<\/p>\n
They remind us of our misery
\nOf our cheerless joyless symphony
\nThey intimidate with their
\nWorthless lies
\nWith their moody sulky
\nEvil eyes
\nHow ever hard it appears
\nTo be
\nWe must quietly
\nFight back joyfully<\/p>\n
Radiate and be divine
\nWith probity we countersign
\nTheir fear that they operate within
\nTheir phobias under the skin
\nWith conviction, we can be
\nAhead in time and again free
\nThey cower and cringe
\nWith backbones bent
\nTheir panic buttons all but spent
\nTheir audacity its bursting through
\nTheir indiscretions
\nClueless to<\/p>\n
They know not of
\nTrue wonderment
\nTheir irreverence
\nAnd blankness sent
\nTheir comedown
\nHappening damagingly
\nThey have no standing
\nActually<\/p>\n
Their self-importance
\nBrings them down
\nIn their own sputum
\nThey will drown
\nTheir puffed up chests
\nTheir self-conceit
\nAnd absurd pretensions
\nRule their street<\/p>\n
