Today you join our circle
\nWith rich harvests on our mind
\nThanking our great mother
\nFor the Abundance that we find
\nWe have watched as she has nurtured
\nThe grains and the greening scene
\nAnd now we reach a period
\nOf reaping what there has been<\/p>\n
The fruits the nuts the berries
\nThe pumpkins and squashes they
\nThe power of the sun is waning
\nAs The great light fades away
\nAnd darkness becomes longer
\nThan the daylight from today
\nThe wheel of time is turning
\nFor that dear’s is the way<\/p>\n
The first full moon is the harvest moon
\nAnd From this time on we shall see
\nThe deciduous trees all dropping their leaves
\nAnd birds will migrate and be
\nSunning themselves in warmer climes
\nTill the great wheel turns and we
\nMeet again at samhain then at yule
\nAnd hopefully<\/p>\n
The winter isnt too cold
\nAnd all of you will see
\nThe sheep a lambing once again
\nAt imbolc in febuary
\nWhere we shall convene at clearwell caves
\nIn the forest of dean we shall be<\/p>\n
So a spot of hibernation
\nFor all of us where we
\nEat some hesrty soups and stews
\nAnd casseroles and be
\nWarm beside our roaring fires
\nReady for the spring
\nAnd brexit around the corner
\nWith the excitement that that will
\nBring.<\/p>\n
