\nThe farmers plow
\nHerne the hunter
\nThe Oak King now<\/p>\n
Cernunnos and
\nJohn Barley Corn
\nPuck of midsummer
\nAnd jack in the green
\nAnd Robin Hood
\nOf the Nottingham scene<\/p>\n
The green man in his hidey hole
\nTaking up his unique role
\nVitis vine, wind pollinated
\nHermaphrodited flowers Created
\nMagickal workings through out September
\nWith garden magic to remember<\/p>\n
Inward journeys
\nLife and learning
\nAs the great wheel
\nKeeps on turning
\nA week to go
\nAnd ivy will
\ncontinue on
\nTo begin to spill<\/p>\n
Its flowers and honey
\nAnd its fruit
\nTo be an attraction
\nWhich Does suit
\nPerhaps a red admiral
\nAnd insects galore
\nthe lowly midge
\nShe may explore<\/p>\n
Some of the berries
\nSmooth to touch
\nThe size of a pea
\nGlobose so much
\nPossessing in essence, vitality
\nIf the wood is cut
\nIt may still be
\nAble to climb and successfully<\/p>\n
An inner resource
\nAnd ability
\nTo see through the eye of the soul
\nAnd be
\nA banquet of sweetness
\nA lovely profusion
\nIts role
\nAbundant strong roots

Veiled by the moon
\nFood for the birds
