Are we no closer to catching
\nThis creep
\nWho dismembers the animals
\nWhilst we are asleep
\nLeaving their bodily parts
\nAt our door
\nHis frenzy and fury
\nWe dare not ignore<\/p>\n
Theres an absence of sanity
\nIf you ask me
\nThat radiates danger
\nAs he mindlessly
\nContrary to reason
\nSlaughters our cats
\nOur rabbits our guinea pigs
\nThats what the stats<\/p>\n
Show us a screwball I’d say
\nA nut job a fruit cake
\nWhose having his way
\nEither with the people
\nOr believing that he
\nHas the right to just kill
\nTheir pets constantly<\/p>\n
The police have their leads
\nBut the killings go on
\nOne minute he’s here
\nAnd another he’s gone
\nA cat then a fox
\nLimbs taken away
\nBut there isnt a rule
\nHe just is away<\/p>\n
Sometimes the heads gone
\nHe appears to me
\nTo be Working the streets
\nSo methodically
\nLeaving his artwork
\nat their abode
\nNot just left anywhere
\nAt the side of the road<\/p>\n
But under the bedroom
\nWindow where they
\nWill see their dear pet
\nWhen they look out that way
\nFrom his actions
\nHe’s targeting people as well
\nMaking their lives
\nInto A living hell<\/p>\n
Its been almost four years
\nAnd no where a lead
\nSome have heard a bell
\nBut what can one read
\nInto this scenario
\nOther than say
\nThis man We presume
\nCould live far away
\nCould be visiting towns
\nMutilation though speaks
\nVolumes about him
\nAs one of those geeks
\nA house sitter maybe
\nOr a technician who
\nHas learned his trade
\nFor its not what you do<\/p>\n
SNARL was set up
\nTo monitor all
\nThe cases the police
\nI am sure they do trawl
\nThrough all of the evidence
\nBut it appears
\nCopy cats might
\nNow be heightening fears<\/p>\n
The local MP
\nFeels animals they
\nCannot be sentient
\nA strange thing to say
\nOfcourse they have souls
\nAnd they feel and they care
\nAnd I Just think
\nIf only this man was aware<\/p>\n
It is said they are bludgeoned
\nThe victims he kills
\nThen decides what to cut off
\nThat bloody well chills
\nThe faintest of heart
\nThats if you ask me
\nKeeping cats in at night
\nIs now seemingly<\/p>\n
The best course of action
\nThis horrible scene
\nEven animal lovers
\nStrangely have been
\nPerverse in their thinking
\nSo anyone could
\nBe doing this and really sadly we should
\nPerhaps have some people
\nOut later at night
\nPatrolling the streets
\nIn the autumn moon light<\/p>\n
And then we must think
\nAbout those who might know
\nWho does have pets
\nAnd where they might go
\nThose people delivering
\nMail shots each day
\nMost are invisible
\nObservers though they<\/p>\n
Might talk in the pub
\nIn the clubs anywhere
\nPerhaps Down the labour
\nAdding to the despair
\nSo many with pets have
\nAs more victims be
\nSlaughtered and left
\nFor their owners to see<\/p>\n
Imagine your favourite cat
\n15 years old
\nA part of the family
\nWorth its weight in gold
\nAnd there in your garden
\nWithout a head
\nYour baby your best friend
\nYour pet cat lies dead<\/p>\n
The shock and the horror
\nIts really too much
\nIt leaves me a wondering
\nIf he is was ever in touch
\nWith the victims human
\nAlong the way
\nHis justification
\nBy making them pay<\/p>\n
Its a sick insane mind
\nBut he or she just might be
\nWorking with animals
\nFar fetched! I see
\nMany around in my travels where
\nPeople do neglect
\nAnd are often unfair<\/p>\n
Staff in laboratories
\nAnd on some farms
\nDo things to animals
\nThey have few qualms
\nEven the zoos
\nAnd the animals parks
\nIts a shot in the dark
\nBut whoever is doing this
\nLeaves tell tale marks<\/p>\n
Clapham and Brighton and Southampton too
\nWEst Nollsley and Ealing
\nCAterham who
\nGets over to these places
\nFArnham RedHill Reigate and Sutton
\nAnd Uckfield
\nAnd still
\nIs surprising the victims
\nThe cats mostly he
\nMust have an aversion to them
\nTragically<\/p>\n
Perhaps is allergic or did cats kill his birds
\nHe also kills foxes similar words
\nDoes he have beef with them
\nOr did his ex
\nNobody knows even what sex<\/p>\n
It could be a women too
\nI do not know
\nBut whover has got to be caught
\nAnd now so<\/p>\n

\nAs to the police I am not very sure
