The cove the 1st of september
\nThe boats go out each day
\nDrive fishing is the answer
\nIt pulls our
\neyes away<\/p>\n
From the murder on the high seas
\nOther little boats
\nWith hand held harpoons and floaters
\nAnd listen to the quotes
\nA beautiful dall porpoise
\nIts under the radar
\nAll eyes are on Taiji
\nAnd now we see the torture
\nAnd its happening to me<\/p>\n
And all my poor old family
\nWe are going through it here
\nHarpooned and left to struggle
\nTo bleed to scream
\nOur fear
\nMade worse because so many of us
\nAre suffering here As well
\nWe were just in heaven and
\nNow we are in hell<\/p>\n
Bleeding out and smarting
\nThe salt water cuts into
\nThen they hook our floaters
\nInto the boat
\nA clue
\nOn the deck we are writhing dying
\nSlowly we
\nAre dying in our hundreds
\nBut No where near Taiji<\/p>\n
But all your eyes are on their drive
\nAll your tears with them
\nAll your hopes that they will
\nStop
\nWhat about us each gem
\nEach Porpoise each bottlenose dolphin
\nall
\nFeel the pangs of death
\nBut we die in the darkness
\nWith our last long breath<\/p>\n
Before the big tsunami
\nThousands of us did die
\nQuietly out of earshot
\nNobody knew why
\nNobody cared about us
\nOnly in Taiji
\nDoes anybody think of us
\nAnd really where we be<\/p>\n
So we are in Iwate
\n500 miles away
\nAnd are really going through it
\nThey do make us pay
\nUp to an hour to perish
\nThe suffering is wild
\nAnd that is everyone of us
\nEven the youngest child<\/p>\n
IWate 500 miles to the North
\n120 miles North of Fukushima
\nAnd no testing whatsoever has been undertaken
