\nDyed bright green
\nTo deter birds so I am told
\nCereal baits of bran and sugar
\nAnd cinnamon do mask
\nThe very special flavour
\nThat might just call to task<\/p>\n
The possums and the wild deer
\nAnd this appears to be
\nThe recipe they follow
\nAnd it works too actually
\nPigs are most susceptible
\nAs are dogs and cats
\nAimed at wild deer possums and rabbits
\nAnd ofcourse the rats<\/p>\n
It is a splendid rodentcide
\nIts what you want to find
\nWhilst walking in the countryside
\nIt does blow my mind
\nBaiting the wild unsuspecting
\nWho are foraging all day
\nAnd are killed off by a poison
\nManna from humans so some say<\/p>\n
When the target is unspecified
\nAnd just dropped everywhere
\nIts abuse and a perversion
\nLeading to despair
\nIt violates creative life
\nIt mismanages as well
\nAnd turns a natural wilderness
\nInto a toxic hell<\/p>\n
But its easy and its cheap to use
\nAnd who cares clearly few
\nIf you happen to be invasive
\nThen 1080 is for you
\nTypical government strategy
\nMurder all who crawl
\nDisable and imbalance
