The untruthfulness and mendacity
\nThe deception that we see
\nHorses shipped from the US to Canada
\nThey be
\nLoaded into crates at night
\nAnd then air shipped to Japan
\nTo fulfil to the raw horse sashimi trade
\nThat is needful of a ban<\/p>\n
The cruelty and suffering
\nIs so beyond the pale
\nIt is a waking nightmare
\nThat should be set to fail
\nBut is happening continually
\nDespite the angst and pain
\nClearly the dreadful torture
\nThat I view, with disdain<\/p>\n
Beautiful handsome horses
\nWho prove the lack of care
\nIn the US and in Canada
\nHow can this be fair
\nIts inhuman its unconscious
\nIts inscrutable and wrong
\nImpenetrable and impervious
\nAnd just does not belong<\/p>\n
The Meat Trade though lack scruples
\nIts money all the way
\nEveryone turns their blind eye
\nIts just profit and they pay
\nNot an ounce of empathy
\nTheir inertia sickens me
\nThey should share the transit
\nShare the woe and misery<\/p>\n
Without food and water
\nCramped up inside a crate
\nAlready having faced a journey
\nArriving in a state
\nOf shock of yes the third degree
\nHarrowing all the way
\nSo odious and loathsome
\nThat these animals have to pay<\/p>\n
Such a price how frightful
\nTheir fearfulness it builds
\nIts a principle of evil
\nLooking to raising yields
\nEach horse costs some 20,000
\nDollars the average so I hear
\nThe profit huge and degrading
\nThat much sadly clear<\/p>\n
Steeped in amorality
\nDegenerates all through
\nUnvirtuous and immoral
\nTheir mothers they would screw
\nVile and vicious miscreants
\nWho should be Locked away
\nNot allowed to carry on shipping
\nHorses
\nCriminals I say!<\/p>\n
ATLAS AIR are they so broke
\nTo continue with this trade
\nShipping these poor horses
\nIts unfitting for they are paid
\nFor what is extreme suffering
\nAnd they are guilty too
\nIts unpardonable and injurious
\nNot something they should do<\/p>\n
And where is this trade ending up
\nIts going to Japan
\nWe know how hard these people are
\nWhy is there no ban
\nIts cruelty personified
\nAnd after all of this
\nThese beautiful souls are slaughtered
\nAll of us remiss<\/p>\n
So they can eat their sashimi
\nWith their garlic and their soy
\nTheir sakuraniku that appears
\nTo bring them extra joy
\nHeartless unaware perhaps
\nOf the ugly evil way
\nOf the fear and of the cruelty
\nThat we know is in play<\/p>\n
The Americans export their shame
\nAnd Canada appears
\ntranships horses in plain sight
\nTbis wrongheadedness appears
\nTo be known by all and sundry
\nBut money is their thing
\nThe Meat Trade is the murder trade
\nIts blood and guts they bring<\/p>\n
Brutality and ill treatment
\nUtter barbarity
\nSome 7000 horses make this
\nJourney tragically
\nThe outrageousness and savageness
\nIllwishing and ill willed
\nCollecting their blood money
\nFor the innocent lives that are spilled<\/p>\n
The shipment by air from Calgary to Tokyo
\nTakes 10 hours and 27 minutes
\nBut the total journey is around 24 hours<\/p>\n
Imagine this after having made the journey
\nFrom the US to Calgary in Canada by cramped transporter
