{"id":370,"date":"2011-12-02T18:57:55","date_gmt":"2011-12-02T18:57:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cooksdelight.co.uk\/blog\/?p=370"},"modified":"2011-12-02T18:57:55","modified_gmt":"2011-12-02T18:57:55","slug":"animal-testing-is-futile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooksdelight.co.uk\/blog\/2011\/12\/animal-testing-is-futile\/","title":{"rendered":"Animal Testing is futile"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"center\">More than 10,000 souls<br \/>\n<!--more-->die every year from<br \/>\nprescription drugs already tested<br \/>\nOn animals, torturing and killing those beasts<br \/>\nthe scientists should be arrested<\/p>\n<p>42% of new drugs do prove dangerous or useless<br \/>\nfor how they were used<br \/>\nAnd each of them tested on Beagles and Primates those animals were so abused<br \/>\nful<br \/>\nAnimal experimentation might be<br \/>\nuseful for possibly one quarter<br \/>\nBut tossing a coin<br \/>\nwould be equally good<br \/>\nand research well it would be<br \/>\nmuch shorter<\/p>\n<p>The great Pharmaceutical Companies know<br \/>\nthat animal tests are no good<br \/>\nIts just documentation, to say that they&#8217;ve done,it whether or not they still show<br \/>\nVolumes of data om rats, mice and Hamsters<br \/>\nallow Corporations to say<br \/>\nThat what they are doing is work hard to keep us all safe though the animals pay<\/p>\n<p>So they die for no reason, such exploitation<br \/>\nMoney, its money for those<br \/>\nTorturing bastards, who don their white coats<br \/>\nsadists I now do suppose<br \/>\nLicensed to kill unlike 007<br \/>\nLicensed by Governments who<br \/>\nDerive some taxes, and possibly kick backs<br \/>\nwhich helps everything to go through<\/p>\n<p>Clinical Trials should be broader and longer<br \/>\nDoctors know how futile these<br \/>\nTests made on animals are in a nutshell<br \/>\nBut its got to do with their fees<br \/>\nAnimals you see are voiceless<br \/>\nActivists are labelled bad<br \/>\nALF are the animal angels<br \/>\nWhich just goes to prove now how sad<\/p>\n<p>Terrorists that&#8217;s what they call them<br \/>\nThe hot stuffy parliament men<br \/>\nWho get their arms twisted and pushed up their backs<br \/>\nagen and agen and agen!<br \/>\nTesting our drugs on our animals friends<br \/>\nIs archaic and karmically sick<br \/>\nThe animal data is very misleading<br \/>\nIt isn&#8217;t how most of us tick<\/p>\n<p>Arthritic painkillers tested on animals<br \/>\ngave 60,000 souls strokes<br \/>\nMany were fatal karma was tested<br \/>\nAnd now its the new GM folks<br \/>\nOut there splicing the gene pool<br \/>\nGod figures arrogant sods<br \/>\nWho mess with the blue print of life<br \/>\nas we know it<br \/>\nAgain they are stuck up rich bods<\/p>\n<p>With more in their pockets than brains in their head<br \/>\nSo animal earthlings, alas<br \/>\nAnd humans who prey on the voiceless today<br \/>\nWill die a sad death yes en masse<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
