\nThe fundamentals flowing free
\nThe purest air and a warm blue sky
\nLungs just helping us to fly
\nOxygenation from the trees
\nSunlight And a luscious breeze
\nNatures palette decked in gold
\nOn life itself I am clearly sold<\/p>\n
Coal and gas and fracking comes
\nDust and darkness how it numbs
\nFossil fuels blacken the sky
\nWith methane levels rising high
\nFracking pads the noise the sin
\nAs trucks roll by and such a din
\nThe fracking waste is everywhere
\nWhy was nobody aware<\/p>\n
The camps were there protectors too
\nLines of police arrests on view
\nFines and finger prints lock downs we
\nExperienced them incessantly
\nSlow walking trucks and our water smelt
\nOur fresh air gone all the worst cards dealt
\nSuffering as the gas fields grow
\nAs the pipes they burst and forever flow<\/p>\n
The roads are jammed with tankers they
\nHundreds of them cart away
\nTons and tons of god knows what
\nHouse prices fall
\nSo we have got
\nNegative equity thats for sure
\nThe house wont make what it did before
\nWe are paying the mortgage with so much stress
\nAnd all of here are in one big mess<\/p>\n
The fracking corporations they
\nAre making money every day
\nOur landscape once beautiful
\nNow looks grey
\nOur water stinks and our air
\nThe way
\nIt used to be so fresh and sweet
\nIs vile and choking and incomplete<\/p>\n
Industrialization thats our home
\nRigs and drills and chimneys comb
\nThe airwaves smokey and we are sick
\nThe kids have nosebleeds
\nThe air is thick
\nNo more coppers they are hopefully
\nFeeling inadequate now they see
\nWhat we were protecting is no more
\nAnd they can suffer like us for sure<\/p>\n
The CEO’s are raking it in
\nKnighthoods no doubt they always win
\nIn their tropical mansions near the sea
\nIn their lap of luxury
\nWhilst we meander from place to place
\nLeaks and earthquakes now we face
\nFracking water stinks to high
\nAnd already they are dumping it by and by<\/p>\n
In the river in the sea
\nOur tanks of water cost you and me
\nA fortune thanks to the fracking man
\nTo the corporation who had their plan
\nTo ruin us all and to get away
\nWith a load of money and we could pay
\nThe local people the gas field mob
\nNo fresh water or air we sob<\/p>\n
We really suffer the tories they
\nAre part of the ruling class today
\nThe likes of May and the tory hordes
\nWho never fell upon their swords
\nThey had their shares in the fracking game
\nAnd the people will never feel the same
\nOur gardens and parks are ruined by
\nThe rigs and holes and by and by
\nThe radio active waste they used
\nDown the bore holes we refused<\/p>\n
But they just did it anyway
\nThey changed the laws and we had to pay
\nThey got off scot free and they live abroad
\nWhere most of us cannot afford
\nOur beautiful lakes are contaminated
\nOur countryside now its not rated
\nThe air we breaths it chokingly
\nIs Dirty and most of us we be<\/p>\n
Watching our country go the dogs
\nFracking happened and brought the bogs
\nThe swamps the rigs the evil cloud
\nWe live in the gas fields are we proud
\nTo have fought them hard and got jail time
\nOur finger prints taken in pits of slime
\nOur lives were awful nothing to rate
\nLiving in what is a police state<\/p>\n
Cuadrilla has done it I gas too
\nineos richer the tories do
\nLook after their backers
\nNow as we wait
\nBritain will never again be great
\nMay fucked up brexit we lost
\nThe customs union they tossed
\nDemocracy ofcourse a way
\nAnd the people are losing every day
\nMigrants are here mosques everywhere

Most of them gone off to far far away
