\nExhibits for the Chinese
\nWhose immorality
\nWhose iniquitous behaviour
\nAnd amorality
\nIs witnessed by their ignorance
\nAnd utter cruelty<\/p>\n
This 12 year old’ a female
\nWas resting,
\nthoroughly
\nBored with being in a concrete box
\nFor all to see
\nImagine her frustration
\nThe unworthiness of man
\nWho takes house bricks up and tosses them
\nAt the kangaroo
\nHis plan
\nTo waken the poor animal
\nAnd make it leap about
\nInstead one brick carved through her foot
\nJust for being out<\/p>\n
Exposed to all this wickedness
\nZoo’s are no place to be
\nOr go to, they are far removed
\nFrom a real sanctuary
\nThey are profit making places
\nWhere the balance sheet is king
\nWhere animals take second place
\nAnd as we see some fling<\/p>\n
House bricks down upon them
\nWhat actually happened here
\nWas ignorance from the zoo itself
\nAnd arrogance and fear
\nThey treated the poor victim
\nBut she died in pain and why
\nShe had a ruptured kidney
\nBleeding internally My sigh<\/p>\n
Goes up towards the heavens
\nHer blamelessness alas
\nAnimals all over this planet
\nYes enmasse
\nFrom those who pay to see them

\nWho basically are criminals

To make things even worse
\nThe chinese zoo declares
\nHaving not protected the kangaroo
\nTo help boost its affairs
\nThinking again of the balance sheet
\nContrition not at all
\nThey are going to stuff the animal
\nAnd display it in their hall<\/p>\n
Lets hope they have honesty
\nTo explain to those who see
\nThis beautiful bush angel
\nWho just happens to be
\nA permanent decoration
\nThat it was murdered in plain site
\nStoned to death by visitors
\nWho apparently thought it right<\/p>\n
Kangaroo’s are beautiful
\nMiracles abroad
\nMacropods with pedigrees
\nThat few around record
\nMarvellously designed They are
\nFor the wilderness where they
\nShould all be left Forever
\nand not taken away<\/p>\n
My heart bleeds for this female
\nCreation knows her pain
\nShe was kitted out with marvels
\nAnd our transgression yet again
\nCondemned her to a hell hole
\nAll Zoo’s I have to say
\nNeed closing Down need banning
\nFor all animals have to pay<\/p>\n
With their freedom with their safety
\nThey are martyrs to a cause
\nOur dishonesty is out there
\nAnd almost without pause
\nWe are aiding and abetting
\nThe infidelity
\nOf transforming them from miracles
