France has been quietly killing
\nOur lovely precious DOLPHINs
\nAnd its all down to the by catch
\nAnd What they throw away
\nPair fishing of two trawlers
\nIn the bay of Biscay
\nThe nets attract the dolphins
\nAnd tragically they pay<\/p>\n
With their lives most suffocated
\nWhich amount to many thousand
\nFrom January to March each year
\nOn the sea Bass spawning grounds
\nIt is wholesale murder
\nA total lack of discipline
\nUnorganized and slatternly
\nIt should be out of bounds<\/p>\n
And its just to ease the trawling
\nWhich damages the bottom too
\nCrabs lobsters and molluscs
\nShrimps and starfish do
\nGet damaged and disrupted
\nIts rubbishing the environment
\nAnd one must demand who
\nAllows this man made evil
\nIts clearly unsystematic
\nIts killing without caring
\nAnd bloody well ensnaring
\nPrecious life a plenty
\nAnd, its cluless too<\/p>\n

\nWitnessed all this happening
\nDrowning and suffocation
\nUnregulated they
\nWatched as dolphins just were left
\nDying on the trawlers
\nClearly ultra ignorant
\nWith not a lot to say<\/p>\n
Fishermen are killers
\nHowever we like to put it
\nThey are professional hunters
\nAnd the damage that they do
\nIs really rather thoughtless
\nAnd totally inconsiderate
\nI see it as tactless
\nAnd so tragic that its true<\/p>\n
Up to 10,000 dolphins
\nCould be lost to this behaviour
\nThe evidence is out there
\nBeachings happening where they
\nHave jettisoned the corpses
\nAn inappreciation
\nAnd its all caught in the darkly
\nAnd to them I have to say<\/p>\n
The commercial fishing industry
\nIs clearly far from mindful
\nAgain its about money the balance sheet
\nThats all
\nThere are so many victims
\nCreated with their antipathy
\nIt really makes me angry
\nThat no ones on the ball<\/p>\n
And they can get away with it
\nWith no one overseeing it
\nThis is a bloody scandal
\nThe worst intentions here
\nBrutality from ruffians
\nFlint hearted callous sadists
\nCreating all this fear<\/p>\n
Take the Faroes and Taiji
\nThese trawling boats
\nExceed their totals
\nAnd its happening close to home too
\nIn the great EU
\nUnfeeling and impassive
\nAnd bloody ruthless who
\nIn their right minds would do this
\nVindictive and spiteful
\nTo intelligent mammals that
\nAre suffering such torture
\nAs if they were not worthy
\nIt really is despicable
\nTo never even bat<\/p>\n
An eyelid as the slaughtering
\nGoes on
\nA dirty secret
\nThe French must know its happening
\nTheir unconscientiousness must be
\nShameful and their abjectness
\nDown to rascality<\/p>\n
And so ofcourse they are guilty
\nCulpable delinquents
\nComplicit in these killings
\nOf sea angels and the rest
\nWhat we can do is eat less fish
\nWild bass line caught
\nNot trawled
\nSardines mackerel snd herring
\nBoycott them
\nI am appalled<\/p>\n
To think so many dolphins
\nAre dying and closeby
\nAnd are just thrown back
\nInto the sea
\nCreation must ask why
\nWasting life is sinful
\nVegans clearly they
\nAre attempting to save the planet
\nBit by bit now everyday.<\/p>\n
