{"id":36298,"date":"2018-04-02T18:41:03","date_gmt":"2018-04-02T18:41:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cooksdelight.co.uk\/blog\/?p=36298"},"modified":"2018-04-02T18:49:21","modified_gmt":"2018-04-02T18:49:21","slug":"animals-names-matter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooksdelight.co.uk\/blog\/2018\/04\/animals-names-matter\/","title":{"rendered":"Animals names matter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As human beings we Have got to feel<br \/>\nBefore naming animals<br \/>\nBecause they are real<br \/>\nThey have understanding<br \/>\nAnd names mean so much<br \/>\nSo they have to be relevant<br \/>\nAnd not out of touch<\/p>\n<p>Often men call dogs<br \/>\nBy very butch names<br \/>\nAggressive and violent<br \/>\nWhich creates and blames<br \/>\nAnimals really  affecting their soul<br \/>\nGiving them a persona<br \/>\nOutside their control<\/p>\n<p>A certain Black Panther<br \/>\nWas Called Diablo<br \/>\nIt was uncomfortable<br \/>\nIts demonic flow<br \/>\nStruck a dark chord<br \/>\nFor the Panther could feel<br \/>\nThe negative influence<br \/>\nIt felt so real<\/p>\n<p>Sure he was big<br \/>\nHis black fur was intense<br \/>\nHe looked very frightening<br \/>\nSomething he could sense<br \/>\nOthers could see in him<br \/>\nBut deep down inside<br \/>\nHe felt much more positive<br \/>\nAnd in his stride<\/p>\n<p>He wasnt ungodly<br \/>\nHe wasnt depraved<br \/>\nNor morally weak<br \/>\nWith no need to be saved<br \/>\nNames that mean something<br \/>\nTo humans can cloud<br \/>\nThe feelings of animals<br \/>\nLost in  that shroud<\/p>\n<p>Of ignorance really<br \/>\nWe give souls a name<br \/>\nThat can affect their psyche<br \/>\nAnd this Panther came<br \/>\nTo realise truthfully<br \/>\nThat Diablo made<br \/>\nHim feel so uncomfortable<br \/>\nAnd it had played<\/p>\n<p>On his aura he was at odds<br \/>\nWith those humans who<br \/>\nThought it  matched him<br \/>\nSo clueless too<br \/>\nHis true conviction<br \/>\nFor desperately he<br \/>\nWanted respect not fear<br \/>\nActually<\/p>\n<p>A whisperer someone<br \/>\nWho could so ascertain<br \/>\nThe ways of the heart<br \/>\nWho could hear his refrain<br \/>\nNot wanting to live up to<br \/>\nSuch disregard<br \/>\nWho had his integrity<br \/>\nAnd felt it hard<\/p>\n<p>He had thought Spirit<br \/>\nWould feel better and<br \/>\nHonour his character<br \/>\nAnd understand<br \/>\nIt still was profound<br \/>\nIt was moral and strong<br \/>\nAnd he would feel better<br \/>\nHad he all along<\/p>\n<p>Been given that name<br \/>\nNo remorse and no shame<br \/>\nNo misdoing or sinning<br \/>\nAnd never blame<br \/>\nHe could live in the moment<br \/>\nNot be pilloried by<br \/>\nA self seeking owner<br \/>\nTrying to apply<\/p>\n<p>Some confidence some strength<br \/>\nEven some fear<br \/>\nIn the hearts of others<br \/>\nAnd that felt clear<br \/>\nBut it so affected his sensitive<br \/>\nSoul<br \/>\nTook so much out of him<br \/>\nAnd did control<\/p>\n<p>His thoughts and his way of life<br \/>\nAnd his attitude<br \/>\nWhen there was no need<br \/>\nStill with a darkened mood<br \/>\nHe lamented inside himself<br \/>\nWanting so much<br \/>\nFor a name not the blame<br \/>\nAnd Spirit as such<\/p>\n<p>Gave him that honour<br \/>\nThat morality<br \/>\nIt helped his consciousness<br \/>\nThat others would see<br \/>\nHe would be worthy<br \/>\nAnd principled too<br \/>\nAnd not then be judged<br \/>\nWhich he had been all through<\/p>\n<p>Dear Eileen thanks for reminding me of this<br \/>\nAnd allowing me to draw it back to write my thoughts tonight<\/p>\n<p>The Panther by the way was the first of the felines introduced<br \/>\nTo this planet and SPIRIT if you like was one of the old souls<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As human beings we Have got to feel Before naming animals Because they are real They have understanding And names mean so much So they have to be relevant And not out of touch Often men call dogs By very &hellip;
