\nIndigenous and instinctive

\nWhere everyone is at your throat
\nAnd farmers want you shot<\/p>\n
The red earth of Australia
\nSees sheep farmed here and there
\nCattle in their thousands
\nThe need therefore to share
\nThe land we call Australia
\nThe wild ones and those who

That wild souls are expendable

Dogs and cats and rabbits

\nThis is what they do
\nThe meat trade wants to cream off

Cattle and sheep they bugger up the landscape

\nSo profit is the keyword
\nThe wild souls got to go
\nIts the same with the indigenous
\nNo respect at all
\nThey were here before the whites

This is never progress

\nBut tourists and the environment
\nClearly they earn more
\nThe power base though is the meat trade
\nThe super stores ofcourse
\nMake fantastic margins
\nAnd are a powerful force<\/p>\n
DIngo’s chew through cables
\nCan affect water supply
\nThey take out sheep like crazy
\nAnd calves too, often die
\nThey are noble survivors
\nThey are mean and they are strong
\nDespite the years they have been here
\nThe farmers believe it is wrong<\/p>\n
They range throughout the outback
\nWith an eminence we see
\nYou could say that they do succeed
\nAnd are in the ascendancy
\nThey really know the outback
\nThey are champions infact
\nThey lead the dance
\nAnd set the trends
\nAnd are quick to react<\/p>\n
They probably saw off the tazzie Tiger
\nBack in 36
\nIts because they are so hardy
\nThey kind of got the fix
\nOn any group upsetting them
\nThats how it seems to be
