Have skin and they have organs

\nLiving in vile ugly tents

Out there in the weather
\nNo where else to go
\nSelling off their precious skin
\nThough many do not know<\/p>\n
Its for the cosmetic industry
\nIn the US far away
\nThey buy in this tissue
\nAnd of course they pay<\/p>\n
Its for penis enlargement
\nAnd, breast tissue too
\nSo pretty Nepalese women
\nReceive a cut or two<\/p>\n
Too many corrupt surgeries
\nAnd these poor women, they
\nGo to work in brothels
\nAnd wake up on the day<\/p>\n
With great scars on their backs
\nImagining their tricks did it, they
\nSome dont realise the scam
\nThey are part of every day<\/p>\n
There can be no restitution
\nIts a permanent event
\nIts almost body snatching
\nAs clearly they are spent<\/p>\n
Hostile even ominous
\nCalamitous as well
\nWaking up in this state

This is true adversity
\nSuch suffering and pain
\nButchers cut their skin away
\nIt really is insane<\/p>\n
So the rich and heartless westerners
\nCan pay for fresh new skin
\nWith no regard to the hapless

Scarred for life for a pittance
\nThe shabbiness we see
\nThese women from the poorhouse
\nVagrants never free<\/p>\n
From the memory of beggary
