The reasoning power of our psyche
\nThe rationality
\nThe indigenous peoples consciousness
\nIs extra sensory
\nPerceptual and reasonable
\nLateral thinking too
\nA kind of rumination
\nThe proper thing to do<\/p>\n
Having an understanding
\nWith an animal thus you
\nMay expect an air of substance
\nIn what both of you do
\nA kind of cooperative message
\nWhere the animal can see
\nA reason to help its rider
\nA kind of symphony<\/p>\n
Its music when you look around
\nAt how animals are abused
\nCruelty is commonplace
\nConformity has refused
\nTo reconcile with kindness
\nAnd respect a way to be
\nTo give in to the wildness
\nAnd a diversity<\/p>\n
A oneness a uniqueness
\nA partnership between
\nThe rider and the ridden
\nUnder the same steam
\nEach complementing each other
\nA true duality
\nA bond infact and a friendship
\nThat is boundless and is free<\/p>\n
Horses work and horses play
\nTimelessness is there to stay
\nTheir wild intent is given grace
\nAt a never ending pace
\nWatching these horses clippity clop
\nThere’s a run of freedom
\nSome of them stop
\nTo graze awhile and to lag behind
\nIn life this is what we all find<\/p>\n
Equal rights in many ways
\nFor the horseman and the horse
\nIt plays
\nInto an emanicipated role
\nWhere each does their thing
\nAnd lets their soul
\nBe comforted in realms of grace
\nWithout a saddle and at their own pace<\/p>\n
Its convenience in many ways
\nA kind of marriage
\nThat always plays
\nTo compliance on a natural scale
\nAnd where there is consent
\nIt will rarely fail<\/p>\n
There’s work there’s play
\nAnd there’s rest each day
\nYou are not a slave
\nOf some troublous knave
\nAnd cooperation apparently
\nIs the wealth that binds
\nApparently<\/p>\n
The work is hard for Beast and man
\nThe land is cruel
\nWhen they began
\nThe realization and true respect
\nOver cruelty they did elect
\nIts an understanding
\nIts being prepared
\nTo each give lots
\nAnd then freedoms shared<\/p>\n
There’s a skill to liberality
\nTo a bountifulness to being free
\nTo doing one’s bit and expecting a deal
\nUnstinting unsparing
\nAnd being real
\nFor me theres a kind of nobility
\nAn indigenous aristocracy
\nComrades really in every way
\nWho work the land
