Equal day and equal night
\nEqual dark and equal light
\nThe Autumn Equinox is real
\nExcitedely we see the wheel
\nAnd it feels right
\nFor all that light
\nEach leaf each bud
\nIt does excite
\nThe gaze does raise
\nthat spark that hue
\nAn intensity an overview<\/p>\n
Each shimmering spangle
\nSweeps each cloud
\nA scintillation to leave one proud
\nThe vivid greens and berries red
\nThe second harvest so many said
\nblushes of crimson on apples draw
\nA flaunting flare and a certain score<\/p>\n
The bolder colours are everywhere
\nwisps of Autumn for all to share
\nFluff and flutter wool of cotton
\nFly away soon is forgotten
\nIn the stillness of the morn
\nUnder a grey sky
\nWe yawn
\nA balancing of the energy
\nA stark impression of constancy<\/p>\n
Birds come twitter wash and clean
\nIts that beautiful light
\nThat creates a scene
\nRestores and generates harmony
\nAnd confronts the poet
\nIn all of thee
\nOur stores are full
\nThus we can share
\nThe bounty
\nThat is surely there<\/p>\n
Wonderment and admiration
\nThe sorcery of transformation
\nIncredible desserts and fayre
\nAnd amiration for all thats there
\nA time to reminisce with joy
\nA sweet narration to employ
\nThe storyline the scenario
\nIs happening fast as well we know<\/p>\n
Celebrations of harvest time
\nIn what is a propitious climb
\nA gratification of things to come
\nA kaleidoscopic time for some
\nWithered and shrivelled a fruitless stage
\nGaunt and bleak we watch the page
\nTurn as Autumn begins to draw
\nDown on the heat we shared before<\/p>\n
Enduring and constant
\nThe ever turning
\nWheel of life forever yearning
\nIn perpetuity on and on
\nFor ever and ever
\nAs some may don
\nthe wintriness of dark
\nThe chain
\nof change
\nIts coming around again.<\/p>\n
