\nTurned out badly
\nBorn as a dog
\nThat was I
\nNobody wanted me
\nAnd that was a pain
\nSo thrown in a dumpster to die<\/p>\n
Found by a family called Leonard
\nTaken home rescued so I
\nHad seven long years with a family
\nAnd then one day
\nCouldn’t rely<\/p>\n
On them either
\nI was out playing
\nIn Pal Beach County
\nWas I
\nIn Boca Raton
\nThe southern most city
\nThe sun very high in the sky<\/p>\n
Suddenly I was surrounded
\nSmothered in fact by some bees
\nI ran for the house
\nJumped up at the door
\nOpen it open it please<\/p>\n
I saw them behind the curtains
\nAs more and more bees did come
\nI barked and i barked
\nAnd i squealed and i squealed
\nLet me let me in are you dumb?<\/p>\n
Arn’I still one of the family?
\n45 pounds of me needs
\nRespite from all of this stinging brigade
\nThat now on my body just feeds<\/p>\n
Suffering goodness the agony here
\nJust open the door let me in
\nBut they all just looked at me
\nThey just ignored me
\nWatching the bees sting my skin<\/p>\n
Watching me suffer like crazy
\nTo me I recounted the time
\nWhen i was just thrown in the dumpster
\nAnd once again i couldnt climb<\/p>\n
And my rescuers now wouldn’t save me
\nAnd when all the bees flew away
\nThats when they took me down to the doctors
\nBut by that time i was away<\/p>\n
With the birds and the bees
\nFuck the humans they could have saved me but chose
\nTo leave me to get bloody stung half to death
\nAnd really right under their nose<\/p>\n
The vet told us i was a gonna
\nThat now he would give me a shot
\nI wouldnt feel anything say my goodbyes
\nMy life again had gone to pot<\/p>\n
The dumpster the bees
\nHumans if you please
\nFor fucks sake don’t call yourself kind
\nThe rainbow bridge hoping
\nIts so good we’re coping
\nCos I’m clearly out of my mind<\/p>\n
