\nCasting their shadows wide
\nTempting the Swallows from nigeria
\nReally to come in side<\/p>\n
1200 miles of flapping widely
\nBrought them to this high
\nTo the great Um el Mar salt lake
\nTnat smiles up at the sky<\/p>\n
Concentrated sodium
\nas toxic as can be
\nUnable to sustain the swallows
\nWith consistency<\/p>\n
Was knowledge of the situation
\nAll around this pool
\nVast expanses of rotten flies
