Why Governments do
\nwhat they do
\nonly Time
\nwill tell, and its Hell
\nand its one awful
\nclimb
\nout of the beautiful lake
\nit once was
\nto a vast salty plain
\nUrmia because<\/p>\n
poor judgement and less
\nthought on what could go
\nwrong
\nallowed the presumption
\nand so the great throng
\nwas silenced by threats
\nand by subsequent power
\nand Urmia dies in a vast
\nsalty shower<\/p>\n
its creatures are suffering
\ndeath and destruction
\nthe people around are
\nfeeling the suction
\ngripping their spirit
\nsucking their soul
\nwhat the Government does
\nin its solitary role<\/p>\n
in the case of Urmia has been
\na sad thing
\nwhoever brought forward
\nthese damned dams did bring
\na Natural resource very much
\nto its knees
\ntoying with nature
\nan un winnable tease<\/p>\n
Many will suffer
\nthe vagaries that
\nMen do to others
\nand in essence not bat
\nan eyelid of care
\nfor the spirits we lose
\nfor the long term suffering
\nof course they refuse<\/p>\n
to admit how they erred
\nbut one day they will be
\nlost to the world
\nthemselves tragically
\nUrmia may die
\nin the wink of an eye
\nbut eventually man
\nwill then see
\nhow foolish he was
\nreally because
\nwe should just
