Gill nets they are awful
\nAnd by catch is the way
\nsea cows are being slaughtered
\nAnd are being made to pay
\nClose now to extinction
\nThe drum totoaba fish
\nHas a large swim bladder
\nAdded to a fine soup dish<\/p>\n
The chinese are responsible
\nFor this poor souls demise
\nThe mexicans lack all respect
\nTo try and gain their prize
\nThe vaquita is the victim
\nPerishing in the nets
\nAnd thrown away like garbage
\nWith all of heavens debts<\/p>\n
A sea pen being erected
\nWill not come in time
\nThe animals are dying daily
\nAnd the awaited climb
\nIn numbers seems impossible
\nAnd mexico now knows
\nThat if the pen is not ready
\nExtinction well it grows<\/p>\n
