A swamp is a forested wet land
\nA unique place to be
\nIndigenous and migratory wildlife
\nLive safely and live free
\nTall cypresses and palms exist

\nAnd some believe its true<\/p>\n
Racoons minks and wild cats
\nTend to pull the traps
\nThe wilderness is a crazy place
\nWith phantom hairy wraps
\nHanging from the branches
\nRootless Spanish Moss
\nSone have called it tree hair
\nAnd also types of moss<\/p>\n
Lying quietly all about
\nA prehistoric soul
\nOlive green grey sentinels
\nWith their deft control
\nAlligators love marshmallows

\nThey be sweet and fluffy

\nA stillness and a peacefulness

Those who had imagined
\nThe errie atmosphere

\nIf staying it was clear
\nanimals were present
\nFishes present to
\nTrappers after game to sell
\nDo what murderers do<\/p>\n
Swamps are precious places
\nTo kayak through the bayou’s
\nBring you closer to real life
\nWhich has to be real good news
\nA Remote and deserted haven afterall
\nFor rodents and for reptiles
\nThe whole world
\nTo enthrall<\/p>\n
Cajun and American First People
\nHave lived in harmony
\nClose to the earth and water
\nThan ever you and me
\nWho eat and sleep for swamp days
\nIts in their very aoul
\nAnd with all these major swamps about
\nThe planet Has kept control<\/p>\n

This planet values all its areas
