Deep in the rocks we are

\nDeposits around us
\nAnd we are all here
\nTo perform, our ritual

It just feels so special
\nIn caverns below
\nWhere hard working miners
\nWhose vigour and blow
\nBefore us were given
\nTheir hard work and strain

Here in the candle light
\nAnd the workings of old

Now underground theres a closeness

\nVaulted and arched

With the snow drops a Peeping

\nFor the first breath of SPRING

We in the darkness perhaps soon beyond
\nIn the light of the sun
\nBuds are a popping the days will get longer
\nBlossoms will flourish
\nThe light will get stonger
\nThe sacred cycles on to Beltaine
\nAnd into mid summers
