\nDon their cowboy attire
\nAnd sacrifice our sanity
\nIn aggressive acts so dire
\nOn calves on bulls on horses
\nThe running roping acts
\nAnd causing really bad distress
\nAnd for sure they are the facts<\/p>\n
These are living breathing souls
\nFor sponsors to deny
\nThe cruelty the evil
\nAnd ofcourse each lie
\nThey tell of electric prodders
\nClearly in the hand
\nOf so called cowboys
\nArse oles!
\nAnd of course all of that noise<\/p>\n
Rodeo is and ugly pastime
\nFrom a different time
\nNeanderthals may have done this
\nBut its ill judged
\nAnd the climb
\nwe all have made
\nAway from naked cruelty to me
\nIts disturbing that folk honestly
\nSupport this infamy<\/p>\n
Reverting to such behaviour
\nIs upsetting when we see
\na calf run off
\nAnd get lassoo’ed and flip so dangerously
\nThe stress is really tantamount
\nTo criminal and I
\nWould like to put these cowboys through it
\nJust see if they fly<\/p>\n
And wantbto be dragged back by their neck
\nFor It seems to me
\nThe outcome must be total stress
\nAttributed to the way
\nThey are terribly manhandled
\nAnd treated every day<\/p>\n
And what is it all about
\nA power trip to enthrall
\nThe ladies tell me something else
\nThere has to be a school
\nOf thought
\nthat sees this aggression
\nAs cowardly from the start
\nSubjecting little babies
\nTo pain it just lacks heart<\/p>\n
To me it shows impotent sense
\nTheir good for nothing ways
\nA complete moral weakness
\nWith them all their days
\nA disequilibrium
\nA fraility of soul
\nWhich is actually seen as powerless
\nIn their effort to control<\/p>\n
Calves are really vulnerable
\nAnd debilitated here
\nReally sapped of what strength they have
\nAnd left in pain and fear
\nLeft fatigued and tottering
\nNeutralized and weak
\nHow can that be seen as right
\nIts lily livered speak<\/p>\n
The energy and fervour
\nA horse trying to leap
\nOver a high barrier
\nInside of me I weep
\nIts violence 6 men holding down
\nA horse who struggles hard
\nThe roughness and the frenzy
\nThat animal will be scarred<\/p>\n
Sponsors of aggression
\nHold all this on course
\nAttracting other cowboy types
\nWho clearly love to force
\nTheirselves upon an animal
\nAnd drag it to the ground
\nClearly threatening its tender limbs
\nAnd the screaming thats around<\/p>\n
Its interllectual suicide
\nClearly no thinking here
\nSponsoring such a philosophy
\nTo me its very clear
\nThese people are in a time warp
\nA thoughtlessness today
\nAbsorbed perhaps in empty headedness
\nWhich may never go away<\/p>\n
They turn a blind eye to it all
\nPooh pooh it just exclude
\nThe cruelty and the ugliness
\nThat really does exude
\nIt is discrimination
\nAnd naivete
\nTo imagine this behaviour
\nPeople want to see<\/p>\n
Its misdirected venom
\nDeluded off the beam
\nGlossing over cruelty
\nIts moronic and it would seem
\nTo flourish in this day and age
