GOthic Colorado
\nAn old mining place
\nAnd he is the only inhabitant
\nAnd that is by Gods grace
\nHe moved some 4o years ago
\nFrom Trention so they say
\nAnd lives in this old cottage
\nHe helped to build
\nThat day<\/p>\n
The skies out here are deep blue
\nThe mountains tipped with snow
\nEverywhere around his place
\nIts thick as well we know
\nBilly loves the woods
\nThe peacefulness the cold terrain
\nHe drinks his tea records the snow
\nAnd drinks his tea again
\nHe likes a spot of cricket
\nAnd keep his white hair long
\nHe also sports a curly beard
\nAnd feels he does belong<\/p>\n
He taught hinself to ski a bit
\nAnd to more carefully fall
\nTaught himself to survive out here
\nWhere there is no one at all
\nEternity is everywhere
\nAnd his philosopy
\nIs to rest and do his best
\nHis actuality<\/p>\n
You could say he is stubborn
\nBut he is still a happy man
\nWho is alone in the plot he had sown
\nFor 40 years, his plan
\nHe studies snow the depth the height
\nThe composition too
\nAnd records it in his day book
\nAs a scientist might do<\/p>\n
He has some help with instruments
\nHe likes to light his fire
\nSits around the hearth and drinks his tea
\nHe is higher
\nUp the joyful ladder
\nDoing things he likes to do
\nBilly barr is gothics star
\nA snowman good and true<\/p>\n
