How can living creatures
\nBe subjected to
\nUnfounded and groundless reasoning
\nAs wolves now seem to do
\nOne breath says they ought to be
\nAll Blown up with dynamite
\nWhen they are an integral part of nature
\nAnd their place is entirely right<\/p>\n
For me there is much prejudice
\nPoor judgement let me say
\nThe wolves need space to register
\nAnd with it they do display
\nTheir wild rights and our need for them
\nTo serve the wilderness
\nWe do not need tunnel vision
\nWe need protection not more stress<\/p>\n
On one hand we research their being
\nOn the other we shoot them dead
\nWe have laws in place to protect them
\nAnd hunters and many have said
\nIf we see wolves we will shoot them
\nIrrespective of the law
\nWe shall move into their territory
\nAnd then go to war<\/p>\n
Wolves are Apex predators
\nThat is what they are
\nThey do not eat as humans do
\nThey are wild in fact they star
\nIn Gaia’s truest expression
\nAnd they serve environments well
\nAs artists they paint the scenery
\nNot create a hell<\/p>\n
They are part of natures offering
\nUnlike the hunter man
\nWho takes out all the predators
\nSo nothing to do with the plan
\nOf balancing every aspect
\nOf nature as we know
\nHe doesnt live in the wilderness
\nAnd cannot be in the show<\/p>\n
Then we find the researchers
\nWho spend money and spend time
\nPhotographing wild wolves
\nHopeful of their climb
\nBack into a territory
\nTo reclaim it and to be
\nPart of the great GAIa
\nAdding apparently<\/p>\n
So much to the equlibrium
\nThat otherwise is lost
\nThe naivete apparent
\nThe ignorance thats cost
\nAnd unconsciousness and ignorance
\nTo blossom day on day
\nTheir obstacle to knowledge
\nAnd on that why we all pay<\/p>\n
We need wolves for creation
\nUsed its broad brush for it knew
\nThe domino affect is there and crashes
\nCrashes yes all through
\nEverything is altered when the wolves are forced away
\nThe wilderness is broken and then
\nWe all do pay<\/p>\n
Those who want to slaughter them
\nThey should be moved away
\nTaken from the vicinity
\nThey must not have a say
\nTake aWay their dynamite
\nAnd caution them for they
\nGo against creation
