I don’t believe that anyone
\nhowever vile could say
\nCanned Hunting is a sport
\nand that, it is here to stay
\nTo me its not a sickness
\nits a mind depraved that feels
\nthat killing hand reared
\nanimals is fine,
\nit just reveals
\nA society, that’s off the rails
\nand a legislature inept
\ncorruption put them
\nwhere they are
\nvindictive
\nreally swept
\nmerciless and spiteful
\nhow they think is wrong
\ndevoid of appreciativeness
\nwe’re not singing the same song
\nnot sharing the same vision
\nthat should and could be there
\nof the wildness of the savage beast
\nthey seem so unaware.<\/p>\n
Instead they fence off areas
\nand breed souls then they free
\nlet them roam about the place
\nreally that’s the key
\nmolly coddled all their lives
\nwith no wild tendencies
\nthey don’t possess the
\nwhere for all
\ntheir instinctive possibilities
\ntheir beholden to the humane man
\nwhose fed them every day
\nwhose seen they have a water source
\nand watched them as they play
\ntheir guards are down
\nand the hunter types
\nthey realise this too
\nso its easy peasey hunting
\nthat these canned hunters do<\/p>\n
it really is despicable
\nthat men can sell their soul
\nprovide the trucks and victims
\nand actually console
\nthe weak and troubled tourists
\nwith enough money to buy
\na victim,a dear innocent
\nwhose guaranteed to die
\nmoney back deals fill the net
\nthere every where today
\nour exotic friends may have had it
\nfor with their lives they pay.<\/p>\n
And of course it isn’t hunting
\nin the true sense not at all
\nthey are murdered by rich tourists
\nwho sort of overrule
\nreprehensible behaviour
\ninexcusable for me
\nto contemplate such evil
\nsuch immorality
\nIn America some 20 States
\nhave banned this
\nyou see there are some
\nsane souls even there
\nbut States like Texas
\napparently where throwbacks
\nto the wild west days
\nthink nothing of supporting
\nthis despair.<\/p>\n
humility there’s not a lot of that
\naround
\nthe trophy hunting people
\nhave this urge
\nto slaughter a wild creature
\nand stuff part of its body
\nin my opinion they are
\non the verge
\nof slipping into a
\ntruculent mentality
\nof gesturing disquiet
\nand savagery
\nits so unfair to do this
\nto an innocent
\nand karma its a power force
\nactually<\/p>\n
and there are angels about
\nwho share their agony
\nhumanity must doubt
\nthe true extent and see
\nwhy so many want to slaughter
\nexotic species they
\nthink its inappropriate
\nto carry on this way<\/p>\n
quietly they petition
\nsocial media has strength
\nand many now are fighting
\nthey will go to any length
\nthe legislators have to listen
\nthe power of many can
\nbring about great changes
\nmay be more states will ban<\/p>\n
what is now truly menacing
\nregression of the heart
\nof complete degeneration
\nit seems that it does start
\nand the sort of people
\nnow involved with canned hunting
\nseemingly
\nare afflicted to the point
\nthat they themselves can’t see<\/p>\n
malefic they,and loathsome
\ninadequate perhaps
\nthis then is their sickness
\ntheir final relapse
\nits truly catastrophic as they
\nnow realize
\nit cannot be continued
\nthere were too many lies
\nthere has to be more empathy
\nmore kindness,to those who
\napparently were voiceless
