Ribs like spiders legs abound
\nFeathered fan like forms astound
\nEach limb seen from off the ground
\nSuch intricacy that I have found
\nA symmetry of solace sends
\nTo the tips and to the ends
\nGossamer wings now sailing free
\nIntegral parts of every tree
\nA meandering tortuosity
\nEven a gentle obliquity
\nWrinkle and crumple and twist and turn
\nHelping the eye to so discern<\/p>\n
Perches for birds all made to measure
\nAnd somehow they know of the treasure
\nPigeons on thicker tresses they
\nMore aware on a stormy day
\nFirmly embedded in the sod are they
\nThe stalwart trunks that do sail away
\nInch by inch upwards they go
\nUnseen by the human eye i know<\/p>\n
The Beech is motionless today
\nAware of the wind aware of its way
\nFiltering power with the intricacy
\nAnd of course the intimacy
\nAble to smooch with a forceful blast
\nFor it moves and grooves
\nTo the music cast<\/p>\n
