HUnters do they feel?
\nDo they care about the pain?
\nWe all have strong emotions
\nAnd have families
\nAnd its insane
\nHow they train these hounds of theirs
\nA wild soul and believe
\nThat this is sport they have no thought
\nAnd clearly won’t achieve<\/p>\n
Any empathy at all
\nToffs whose arses need
\nQuite a bit of kicking
\nIt might just then lead
\nSome of them to come to terms
\nWith compassion for the wild
\nThat I was killed on a housing estate
\nOf course it left me riled<\/p>\n
I was terribly frightened
\nMy eyes met that mans there
\nHis tenderness was obvious
\nClearly he did share
\nThoughts with me so sentient
\nSo thoughtful in his way
\nAnd then the hounds ran through me
\nAnd really made me pay<\/p>\n
I became a victim
\nIn agony was I
\nA wild soul driven
\nAnd was given
\nA pasting and I did die
\nMy life
\nMy soul
\nMy agony
\nThe tragedy I saw
\nThe huntsmen and their bloody horns
\nWere just outside my door<\/p>\n
Now I am at the rainbow bridge
\nBut I will not forget
\nThe mans garden i was chased into
\nTruthfully he let
\nMe be there
\nIt was in his eyes
\nTruthfully he cared
\nBut hunting us with rabid dogs
\nThese rotten people dared<\/p>\n
Dared they did to harm me
\nIn a housing estate
\nNo respect for anyone
\nI was just the bait
\nMauled and left to bleed out
\nMy family in the earth
\nThey will never see me
\nAnd value my worth<\/p>\n
