Imagine being a polar bear
\nWith the glaciars around you there
\nIce your forte and extreme sea
\nThose massive winds with vital qi
\nVast blue skies and the coldest air
\nTranscending everything thats there
\nAn impermanense appArently
\nAs the climate changes rapidly
\nTimelessness was once the thing
\nWith the energy that it did bring<\/p>\n
Now turbulence and destruction comes
\nAs the glaciars melt and crack like drums
\nThe tempest fires off daily now
\nAnd ice floes melt no matter how
\nCold it gets the wilderness
\nIs clearly taking on the stress
\nBears are travellers and they must try
\nTo find their food beneath the sky
\nThe seals are underneath the ice
\nThey share that toughness that does suffice<\/p>\n
Arctic conditions the degrees of frost
\nTheir thick oiled coats But
\nteleost
\nWell generally but now we see
\nSo many dying actually
\nStarving and drowning its lack of snow
\nLack of land it is a blow
\nSwimming far in blizzards they
\nEventually just pass away<\/p>\n
And currents will carry their bodies
\nWe
\nMay see them floating in the sea
\nHundreds of miles and even more
\nTo make land on the farthest shore
\nTHe Hebrides a thousand miles
\nThree bodies found their awful trials
\nLost somewhere exhausted by
\nThe lack of food and land to lie<\/p>\n
At Colonsay they were found
\nCovered in debris but clearly bound
\nFor landfall somewhere and we could see
\nThey had cone far and now they be
\nWhite so polar bears they were
\n“Umka” lost souls who now share
\nThe ocean currents which did bring
