Living in the desert presents its problems
\nWe
\nelephants know only too well, we
\nLive in Kaokoveld part of the
\nKUnene region
\nIn Namibia where all of us have held
\nTitle to the land but of course Evil
\nStrikes us down with hunters on the prowl
\nLicensed by the ministers of murder
\nOf course the few of us now do cry foul<\/p>\n
The conditions we live under are extreme
\nWe have to say
\nAnd being shot for nothing
\nBut a trophy is no way
\nCreation ever imagined us elephants should be
\nThe two legs though are arrogant
\nAnd have no empathy<\/p>\n
Never understanding the predicament
\nRight here us pachyderms must come to terms
\nWith each element of fear.<\/p>\n

\nThe Minster of murder
\nHelping now to be
\nThese hunter people will be stopped
\nSo we can live and be
\nJoyful in the understanding
