The nurturing qualities women possess
\nMade them more able to readdress
\nThe cruelty suffered by animals who
\nIn years gone by their neglect was so true
\nIn the late eighties 5 women agreed
\nTo a coming together with a will to succeed
\nIn teaching the children that animals are
\nThere to be loved and respected and to star
\nIn their very own lifetimes as angels for they
\nDid otherwise suffer severely each day<\/p>\n
It began with the carriage horse sweltering so
\nCarrying passengers yes too and fro
\nIn amongst all that traffic the fumes And the rest
\nAnd passengers and luggage their poor souls did test
\nSo the ladies set up Making their voices heard
\nThey cared and they shared and every word
\nWas listened to clearly and gradually they
\nPreached the message abroad everywhere every way<\/p>\n
What strikes me today is the women who fail
\nWho are getting involved with the cruelty trail
\nHurting the animals murdering them too
\nOr working in factories as part of the crew
\nWhere are your spirits your nurturing sense
\nAll your understanding why get so tense
\nYou must back away from this cruelty trail
\nBe feminine ladies never be like a male<\/p>\n
Matriarchal the goddess nurturing gleams
\nCaring and sharing and loving in streams
\nBeauty and brilliance and charm and appeal
\nAnd glamour and grace no never conceal
\nYou are the light forces in the dark sky
\nTo now see you hunting and killing I sigh
\nAll that meat eating is making you feel
\nLess feminIne ladies And far far from real
\nletting the side down which will never do
