\nA female cow now sits
\nOn a green tarp upon this earth
\nFittingly her wits
\nAre still alive and feeling
\nThe agony and the wrath
\nThese Indians these cretins walk down Hathor’s path
\nTo absolute iniquity
\nInto sin they go
\nFor its leather it’s the leather trade
\nWho will not want to know<\/p>\n
The likes of big retailers
\nWho shine on city streets
\nThat cow is in such agony
\nHow her heart still beats
\nBut tHey want first grade leather
\nSo a live cow suits them best
\nSkin the animal whilst alive
\nYES folks I do not jest<\/p>\n
When it’s soft and pliable
\nStill living so to say
\nChildren are now watching this
\nAnd they too they will pay
\nThis is the stuff of nightmares
\nThis is of the first degree
\nSuch Antipathy and malice
\nIt’s so loathsome actually<\/p>\n
And all for someone’s leather shoes
\nOr jacket on the cheap
\nBought from some market trader
\nIt does it makes me weep
\nOr maybe some departmental store
\nMental that is it
\nShining on some busy street
\nAnd selling what’s not fit<\/p>\n
To even be called leather
\nFor its someone else’s skin
\nAnd this poor cow is suffering so
\nThe vile aggressive sin
\nOf torture it’s so blatant
\nA female feeling so
\nWretched being carved about
\nWith just no where to go<\/p>\n
The hatred that is obvious
\nThe bitterness and pain
\nThe absolute indignation
\nThe poor cow sits in vain
\nIs she ever hopeful
\nThat she can ever be
\nIn a field of grass again
\nIn heaven possibly<\/p>\n
For me this is an outrage
\nThe leather trade knows they
\nAre culpable and capable
\nThe price that they now pay
\nThe exporters in India
\nIs the reason why
\nIt’s done so bloody awfully
\nSo more profits will apply<\/p>\n
The buyers here are sicko’s
\nThe board rooms clearly full
\nOf psychopaths all earning
\nWhether it’skin or wool
\nOr fur of course they are earning
\nIn their city apartments where
\nThey drink their Booze
\nAnd smoke their cigars
\nTotally unaware<\/p>\n
Of the evil that they promulgate
\nThey conceal a flagrancy
\nThe pompous self important mob
\nThere for all to see
\nI have stood outside the London stores
\nWith my megaphone and I
\nHave lifted some folk off the pavement
\nAs some just passed by<\/p>\n
But does it help to inform people
\nThey are rich and do not care
\nNobility hostility it now is everywhere
\nThe indifference from the posters
\nThat were displayed that day
\nPeople have a go at us
\nAnd tell us to go away<\/p>\n
They desire soft leather
\nIt feels and looks good too
\nWho cares about the female cow
\nWho cares about her who
\nShares her pain and suffering
\nIndians who are paid
\nA pittance to give up their soul
\nTo the leather trade<\/p>\n
We look at them on Facebook
\nAnd feel a hatred for
\nThem but it’s the boardroom squalor
\nThat lay down the law
\nThey are the absoluTe rotters
\nUnwilling to be seen
\nIt’s haute couture
\nAnd elegance
\nWhen We call it obscene<\/p>\n
They take out an injunction
\nTo clear us from their front
\nIt’s causing them embarrassment
\nThis so called protest stunt
\nIt’s turning heads and harming trade
\nBut some fight their way through
\nThe blind the darkly psychopaths
\nWho just wear what they do<\/p>\n
