\nHe was such an effusive character
\nAlmost a part of me
\nHe was gushing he was eager
\nAnd a bit hot headed too
\nBut absorbing and impressive
\nIn what he liked to do<\/p>\n
When sick and with
\nhis seizures
\nI knew that he knew I
\nWas always close to feeling
\nWhat he felt and that was why
\nLosing him in many ways
\nWas a decision I had to make
\nFor in his eyes I saw the light
\nWe both knew give and take<\/p>\n
He gave me so much pleasure
\nAnd he taught me so much too
\nHe loved to sleep as most cats do
\nHe was beautiful all through
\nHe had so much affection
\nAnd left so much in me
\nHis manner and his thoughtfulness
\nAnd was such a visionary<\/p>\n
I learned a great deal from him
\nHis conviction and his support
\nHe had his cat like fantasies
\nBut you know I always thought
\nHis courage was undaunted
\nWith me he had no fear
\nMy knight in shining armour
\nWhen he did appear<\/p>\n
