A puppy dog born to a world
\nFull of grief
\nWhere horror and terror
\nAre beyond belief
\nA baby an innocent baby

\nFrom a self styled puppy mill
\nOr pet shop who ought
\nTo have realised they
\nWere no better than hell
\nFor this poor soul today
\nWho now knows fully well<\/p>\n
And who goes to buy
\nA puppy let’s think
\nA heartless fool
\nPerhaps who likes to drink
\nLikes to do
\ndrugs
\nMay be pain killers too
\nWhat chance has
\nthis puppy
\nAnd what can he do<\/p>\n
He is home he is lost
\nLife for him it’s all new
\nA baby with dreams

He barks and he wee’s
\nAnd he shits where he sits
\nThe monsters have got him
\nand he’s frightened to bits<\/p>\n
They shout a lot

\nHe is beaten and picked up

So they put out their fags on him

But the judgement of humans

\nInsane brainwashed fools
\nAt the end of the day<\/p>\n
Living on rubbish
\nNutritional freaks
\nThe drugs and the alcohol
\nGives them their peaks
\nAnd torturing puppies
\nSo sick and so wrong
\nThat’s what they do
\nThey do not belong<\/p>\n
Anywhere other than
\nUp on a rope
\nDangling somewhere
\nWe have no hope
\nIt has to be sorted
\nPet shops and puppy mills
\nHave to be banned
\nFor an evil wave spills<\/p>\n
Out of these places
\nBreeders now must
\nBe seized and be closed down
\nIt’s really unjust
\nWe have pounds and have shelters
\nFull of dogs that die
\nBecause nobody wants them
\nThe numbers are high<\/p>\n

\nGiving puppies away
\nTo good home for free
\nThat’s what the ads say
\nIt’s all bloody ignorance
\nLifting this lid
\nOn the heartless humans
\nWho want to get rid<\/p>\n
Of s dog or cat
\nThat’s become a pain
\nThe pain is the human
\nAgain and again
\nWe are the problem
\nAnd we have a way
\nOf sorting this problem
\nIt will go away<\/p>\n
If we reduce the numbers
\nBan puppy mills
\nClose all the pet shops
\nAnd breeders whose tills
\nMight be full to flowing
\nThey too must go
\nIf people want pets
\nTo the rescue they go<\/p>\n
Issue a licence
\nAnd make them pay
\nAn abusers list
\nAt the end of the day
\nSentient souls poor m Caleb
\nMust be
\nGiven protection
\nThat’s a guarantee<\/p>\n
Give animals rights
\nAnd ensure that they stick
\nMake penalties high
\nFor the sicko’s who kick
\nWho harm little puppies like Caleb
\nPoor soul
\nWho stands in his corner out of control
\nScreaming and crying he trusts no one he
\nWas abused and was sent
\nInto purgatory<\/p>\n
His white cells are low
\nHe is in septic shock
\nAbused so violently
\nJust every knock
\nHe got he will have registered now in his heart

Will be hard to come by
\nEach wag of each tail
\nA mark of the loyalty

It’s a human problem

\nBut dogs seem to get it
