If I could only pick
\nthat padlock
\nit follows where I could
\ngo out in the forest
\nbut its all gone as you know
\nyour corporate world of greed
\nand lust
\nof oil palm and the rest
\nhas mean’t my poor dear mother
\nwas shot
\nits you invest
\ntoo much time, in the growing
\nof
\noil palm in the place
\nof forests, which we lived in
\nwhich we called our base<\/p>\n
a teeming wondrous life force
\na paradise on earth
\nwhich all came down around us
\nbecause it wasn’t worth
\nthe money
\nand your corporates they
\nbreathe it night and day
\nmoney its their oxygen
\ntheir life force
\nso to say<\/p>\n
taking away our habitat
\nand the thousands of creatures who
\nlived and died
\nthey were crucified by the oil palm workers who
\nsaturate the market
\nlie for all their worth
\ncall it vegetable oil or something else
\nand Planet earth<\/p>\n
reels and yes us Orangutans
\nwe sit here feeling sad
\nthat human beings
\nonly care about money
