A corrida is a fiesta a family day out where
\nBulls are lassoo’d and ridden and everyone can share
\nCymbals drums and music food served all around
\nIn temporary wooden buildings in a ring upon the ground
\nA hot sun drives you crazy and Bulls and horses too
\nAmateur riders participate it’s all low key and true
\nBut one bull a pure blood bull EL SINALOENCIA came upon the scene
\nThis was no ordinary bull he was strong and lean<\/p>\n
Such a bull would have generally been sent to a large ring
\nWhere a Matador would have killed him but in this case they did bring
\nHim into the amateur circuit and soon they realised
\nThis bull was ferocious, which no one had surmised
\nSome called him demonic and deranged in how he fought
\nAn assassin with enormous power and his reputation caught
\nThe mind set of so many, who came to see him fight
\nHe was famous for charging horses and putting out their light<\/p>\n
Well they doubled the price of admission
\nAnd people came along
\nExpecting to see the blood and guts
\nWhich nobody thought was wrong
\nThey had changed up the procedure
\nFrom the amateur to the real
\nAnd all done for cash prizes
\nTrying to bring to heel<\/p>\n
This bull this dangerous animal
\nWho would charge the horses and gore
\nTheir hind quarters eviscerated aggressively
\nAnd more
\nGo for any riders and really overpower
\nNo one could stand up to him
\nAs over them he did tower<\/p>\n
Though the Bulls were more aggressive
\nWhich made the danger high
\nBalloons and doves and culture
\nWere done away with its no lie
\nThis new found highly risky riding
\nRaised the anti and
\nAt his second appearance
\nno one could understand<\/p>\n
He rushed the line of horses
\nAnd gored 4 just like that
\nAll done in 30 seconds
\nYou couldn’t really bat
\nAn eyelid and it was over
\n2 horses once again
\nDying in the ring that day
\nIn what was a\u0175ful pain<\/p>\n
He really had a penchant
\nFor murdering this bull
\nWent in with his massive head
\nHe was going to pull
\nTheir self respect away from them
\nAnd really slice them through
\nTear their innards out of them
\nAnd most were clueless too<\/p>\n
The terror and the agony
\nThese horses took on there
\nJust two fights and six were dead
\nThat was just despair
\nOver the course of the season
\n100 horses died
\nTheIr undersides slit open
\nAnd Their life force denied<\/p>\n
People paid a double fee
\nTo see him in a fight
\nThat how sick some sicko’s are
\nThinking they are right
\nAll the blood and thunder
\nSinews out and gore
\nSubjecting horses to all of this
\nAnd a whole lot more<\/p>\n
Feelings became frazzled
\nThe bull’s killing spree
\nOver just one season 100 horses
\nBe
\nLost, gored and injured badly
\nBlood lust every where
\nAnd the audience just watched it all
\nAdding to the despair<\/p>\n
Then Some of the Cowboys
\nDecided what they would do
\nIs put an end to this horror
\nAnd Between them run him through
\nActually they strangled him
\nAll of them on the ground
\nPut an end to his incarnation
\nAs in his own blood he drowned<\/p>\n
Regretting they ever let a bull
\nOf this nature fight so small
\nTowns spread every which way
\nAnswering the call
\nThis bull was way above the level
\nAnd should have been fought he
\nIt would have saved all the horses
\nAnd the mortal injury<\/p>\n
We have to think of all of them
\nTheir pain was so immense
\nGored to death in seconds
\nOf course it made no sense
\nIt was utter cruelty
\nAnd the Cuadrilla could see
\nHow bloody useless they were
\nFor they lost out tragically<\/p>\n
In essence they lacked judgement
\nA ghastly nightmare that
\nWent on growing every meet
\nDisfigurement was at
\nAn all time high the horses
\nAnd riders Took the brunt
\nThey suffered how they suffered
\nReally at every shunt<\/p>\n
The bull though remains in the psyche
\nThough of course it’s dead
\nWith all its dark aggression
\nAnd its powerful head
\nThose horns so sharp like rapiers
\nWhipped into the kill
\nEL SInaluenca rose to stardom
\nFrom the blood that he did spill<\/p>\n
These were simple families
\nThat came On their day out
\nPrepared to immerse their children
\nIn what turned out to be a rout
\nHorses split a’sunder
\neviscerated there
\nBlood And guts strewn around the ring
\nFor everyone to share<\/p>\n
For me I just can’t understand
\nThe loathsome darkness they
\nCarry in their psyche
\nAnd that they are prepared to pay
\nTo see such awful carnage
\nPlayed out before their eyes
\nAll in the name of culture
