Lions are captives

\na lodge some booze and a captive LION set free
\nto be shot up by perhaps a half drunk hunter

\nare picked up at the airport

\nand watched as they put
\n a full grown Lion away
\nbred to kill a miracle demolished
\na life creation set upon this world
\nso South Africa and its wicked trophy hunters
\ncan come and kill each victim which is hurled<\/p>\n
into a place a maelstrom of great darkness
\nthe Lions set free a day to have their fling
\nit is in fact a felony its devious and ugly
\nin point of fact they are the actually the King
\nwe rape our Lions and murder them
\nwe are the chosen few
\nwho have the power to kill great beasts

corruption and improbity
\nthe order of their day
\ngood-for-nothing scoundrels
\nwho only know one way
\nof carrying on the process
\ndetached from all thats good
\nclearly in denial
\ntheir turpitude it would<\/p>\n
be seen to be just treachery
\nand a betrayal let us say
\nspotless and immaculate
\nsee the Lions have lost their way
\nno longer Kings, their majesty
\ntraduced down to a low
\ncorrupted by these evil men
\nwhose profit base does grow<\/p>\n
and so the state the lions are in
\nbloodied and alone
\nnever fed on fresh wild game
\nyou can feel my tone
\nthey are merely pawns in the great

\ngiven very little
\nand so consigned to die<\/p>\n
canned hunting is the vile result
\nits greed of a pitiless life
\nits exceptionally terrible
\ndrawing down this strife
\nits unsociable and sinful
\nits a scourge for all mankind
\nrecidivists and gangsters
\ntheir pockets clearly lined
\nwith remnants of true evil
\nwith the prejudice of woe
\nwhere is the voice of conscience
\nnow where did it go<\/p>\n
when rogues are out there delving
\nto be part of that club
\nas the angels seemingly
\nare dying in the scrub
\nmany bleeding profusely
\nthats the rotten wrong
\nhigh fives sadly everywhere

and loads and loads of bones
