The Southern India Ocean
\nThe Crozet Islands where
\nThe Orca’s come and stay a while
\nAnd the Elephant Seals
\nThey share
\nA period of dominance where harems come and go
\nAnd King Penguins wander here and there
\nAnd gradually they grow
\nOut of furry bodices
\nAnd into their penguin suits
\nBy this time the mother elephants seals
\nHave all gone off to feed
\nAnd many will fall victims to the Orca’s
\nWho succeed
\nBy being strong and positive
\nAnd knowing when to feed<\/p>\n
The longliners are fishing
\nFor Chilean Sea Bass where
\nThe Orca’s are always after
\nA catch that they can sharen
\nThe problem is these longliners
\nAre pirates and they do
\nUse dynamite to frighten off the Orca’s
\nWhich is true<\/p>\n
Orca’s are opportunists
\nAnd if they are threatened by
\nPirates as they draw in their lines
\nThey always will apply
\nThemselves to other diets
\nLike the Elephant seals
\nPenguins even given the chance
\nAnd to see what that reveals<\/p>\n
They are very social animals
\nMatriarchs that train
\nThey are very efficient
\nThey have their massive brain
\nAnd work hard for each other
\nSharing all the way
\nKnowledge foods and expertise
\nEvery single day<\/p>\n
When the baby seals get older
\nThey have to use the sea
\nAnd again the Orca’s are waiting
\nAnd are murdered ruthlessly
\nIts their one and only baptism
\nAnd it ends as frantically
\nGobbled up by the sentinels
\nThe Orca’s who now be<\/p>\n
Gorging themselves rotten
\nFor they too will soon be
\nSetting out for colder climes
\nHunting wild and free
\nImagine all those captive souls
\nWho languish in blue pools
\nIn utter isolation
\nTended by the fools<\/p>\n
Nothing could be more alien
\nSocially adrift
\nWith no means of communication
\nAnd no wild foods to lift
\nTheir souls and their emotion
\nNor their energy levels too
\nCaptivity is negative
\nAnd to last their whole lives through<\/p>\n
Is to lose one’s true perspective
\nBe Close minded and alone
\nThe matriarchal system
\nThe seeds that have been sown
\nWhat is and isn’t natural
\nSuch knowledge that they had
\nBeing a corporate prisoner
\nA slave forever sad<\/p>\n
They must be left to wildness
\nThe freedom to all be
\nThemselves beyond the passing shore
\nOf real discovery
\nDespite their optimism
\nTheir sage like quality
\nTheir undisputed rationale
