\nHow bull fights now take place
\nHow the bulls become victims
\nAnd just what vile disgrace
\nOccurs before its entrance
\nInto the killing ring
\nHow they prepare the animal
\nThe so called underling<\/p>\n
Filing down its splendid horns
\nSo Each is a different size
\nWhich affects its balance
\nWhich most don’t realise
\nThats because they stain and polish
\nAnd varnish them
\nBut of course they are often sore
\nAnd therefore very painful to use
\nWhich we ignore<\/p>\n
The spanish call this shaving
\nIts a wicked thing to do
\nIs cowardly and its most unfair
\nBut tragically its true
\nThey give them antipsychotic drugs
\nTo lead them to a place
\nOf utter stupefaction
\nWhich again is a disgrace<\/p>\n
They drop sandbags on their kidney region
\nAnd smear their eyes with vaseline
\nStick cotton up their nostrils
\nThis business is obscene
\nTheir feet are rubbed with turpentine
\nTo make them very sore
\nIt causes burns to happen
\nPreparing them for war<\/p>\n
Often they come in head down
\nTheir muscles cut so they
\nAre doctored and then dealt with
\nThey are made to pay
\nAnd then the vilest onslaught
\nFrom the nasty picador
\nWho stabs and who so weakens
\nThem again we do ignore<\/p>\n
So enter the brave matador
\nIn his silky tights
\nPrancing about like a peacock
\nAs if he has all the rights
\nThe poor bull has been worked over
\nBefore he reached the ring
\nAnd only the strongest do survive
\nWhat is the battering<\/p>\n
Cutting off their ears and tail
\nDone when some are alive
\nIts despicable behaviour
\nWhy matadors survive
\ni do not know
\nThey are very cruel
\nTo what was a handsome beast
\nBrave and quite the warrior
\nBut Not respected in the least<\/p>\n
Spain calls it her culture
\nIts karma overdrawn
\nHathor is inexplicably
\nClearly and actually torn
\nFrom the gods most holy place
\nTo peer down on them all
\nBeing tortured and murdered
\nBy basically a fool<\/p>\n
Why they think so highly
\nOf what is murdering scum
\nWith not an ounce of compassion
\nIf he only had had some
\nThe Bulls might get a fair report
\nBut instead its all the way
\nTorture murder mutilation
\nAnd for that he gets big pay<\/p>\n
When the bull strikes back
\ni always hope the matador
\nReally feels the weight behind the horns
\nAnd then I am sure
\nHe suffers and as he suffers
\nPerhaps
\nHis ignorant streak
\nWill manifest some empathy
\nBut then again the freak<\/p>\n
Will have been to bullfight school
\nAnd learned the art and all the rest
\nBeing adored by the ladies
\nIf he is the best
\nAnd this is what its all about
\nThe contempt an ugliness
\nAll I hope for the lot of them
